Assist brewer/Production
We are looking for a new member of our brewing team. We are specifically looking for someone with a passion for brewing. Our team needs someone to assist with cleaning out the mash tun, moving grain, cleaning hoses and helping our brewer with general operations. Position is a part time position.
Duties would include:
- assisting the brewer, moving grain and more.
- bottling beer
- kegging beer
- cleaning fermenters and equipment
- cleaning around the brewery
- able to possibly cover bottle shop shifts and events
Capabilities must include:
- moving kegs (30L, 50L and 58L, full and empty)
- be comfortable with climbing ladders
- moving bags of grain
- clean with attention to detail
- mechanical inclination a plus
- some knowledge of beer, desire and passion to learn more *bonus if you are a home brewer!
